Reserva is a specialty coffee blend from Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, known for its ideal altitude, climate, and soil for growing high-quality coffee. This blend features beans selected by experienced farmers like Maria Aparecida Bartoloci and Ziberto de Jesus Macedo, who embody generations of knowledge and dedication. Maria began her journey during the frosts of the 1980s in Paraná, showing resilience that eventually led her to Cerrado Mineiro in search of better growing conditions. Ziberto, raised among coffee trees, expanded his family's legacy in the 2000s by blending traditional farming with modern agronomy.
Together, these farmers represent the balance of heritage and innovation in Brazilian coffee cultivation. Their collaborative efforts have resulted in a blend that reflects both care for the land and a passion for excellence. In the cup, A Reserva offers a smooth and well-balanced mouthfeel. You’ll taste rich notes of dark chocolate, lifted by a light orange brightness. The finish is sweet and rounded, with hints of brown sugar and mixed roasted nuts. This coffee is perfect for those who enjoy comforting, full-bodied profiles with refined sweetness and depth.
